A beautifully-renovated, 100 sqm, 3-storey Tuscan house, located at the end of a small court, a 5 minute drive from Lucca's historic walls. The house is eco-friendly and looks onto a lovely private garden where you can enjoy meals al fresco.
Just a 20-minute drive to the sea, 15 minutes to the mountains, and ~1 hour from Florence, Cinque Terre, and the beautiful hilltop towns of Tuscany.

The space: The house features a modern, open-plan kitchen and living room on the ground floor, a light-filled bedroom with double bed and updated bathroom on the second floor, as well as a second bedroom with double bed and office on the third floor. It also has a washing machine (in separate barn) and bikes for guests to use.
Guest access: The entire house and garden will be all yours during your stay.
Other things to note: The house offers a wonderful, traditional Tuscan experience. Located at the end of a small court, yet right next to the main road to Lucca, you'll experience the charm of an authentic neighborhood with easy access to town. It's also great for longer stays and remote working, equipped with fast WiFi and an office/workspace with two desks.

ARTIST REFUGE IN CITY CENTRE
Enjoy easy access to everything Lucca has to offer. Just a 6 minute walk to the main Santa Maria gate at Lucca's wall in a cute neighbourhood called the Borgo Giannotti. Stay in your own private room & private bathroom in a second floor loft-style apartment. Bedroom has a portable fan and there is AC in the living area. Pandy the pupster is always happy to receive cuddles.
The apartment is a loft-style apartment with an open plan living room and kitchen and a small balcony. You can nestle into your own comfy private bedroom after a long day enjoying the sights and you have your own private bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom also has a desk if you need to do some work. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and living area and balcony if they want to sit outside and enjoy a cuppa.
